Jessica Chen (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), is currently the Georgia Association for Food Protection’s Vice-President. Jessica currently chairs the Program Committee and is responsible for planning the biannual educational meetings.

Jairo de Jesus (Millennium Mat Company), is currently the Georgia Association for Food Protection’s Past-President. He served as President during the 2018-2019 term.

Anna Townsend, Student Liaison

Anna Townsend (University of Georgia) is currently the Georgia Association for Food Protection’s Student Liaison. Anna will be working on efforts to expand our student membership and engagement through outreach to area colleges and universities, as well as planning student focused events. She is also working closely with Wendy White, our IAFP delegate, to launch a new student mentorship program.
